3 Day Military Organic High Quality Diet Menu!

Eating strictly organic foods has plenty of benefits. The most popular reasons to spend the extra money and shop organically are:

Menu

Day 1

Breakfast

  • 2 Tablespoons of Organic Peanut Butter
  • 1 Cup of Coffee or Tea (with caffeine)

Lunch

  • ½ Cup of Tuna
  • 1 Slice of Organic Whole Wheat Toast
  • 1 Cup of Coffee or Tea (with Caffeine)

Dinner

  • 3 Ounces of Any Type of Organic Meat
  • 1 Cup of Organic Green Beans
  • ½ Organic Banana
  • 1 Small Organic Apple
  • 1 Cup of Organic Vanilla Ice Cream

Day 2

Breakfast

  • 1 Organic Egg
  • 1 Slice of Organic Whole Wheat Toast
  • ½ Organic Banana

Lunch

  • 1 Cup of Organic Cottage Cheese
  • 1 Hard Boiled Organic Egg
  • 2 Organic Brown Rice Cakes

Dinner

  • 2 Organic Hot Dogs (Without Bun)
