    I bought all the books and was a member on their webssite. I was wanting to lose about 80 pounds adn was going nowhere with it. Site is very confusing to use so after failed attempts to get some help i decided to cancel the membership and was told i can only cancel at the end of the 30 days. I only lost 4 pounds in the whole month and tried to find a way to get money back to no avail. I really believed in this “doctor” and felt cheated after buying into this scheme. I am no longer a believer and I am hurt how some people can simply take advantage of people wanting to get healthier.

    I bought Jorge’s “Belly Fat Cure” book and am following it. I am losing weight but I have to have a cheat day once a week to stay on it. To follow his 15/6 formula I can never eat a piece of fruit again, or have a glass of milk, or a cookie, etc. And, once I get down to my weight goal there is no mention of a maintenance plan. How do I stop losing weight but maintain?
