These nutrient packed smoothies are an awesome way to get your morning started the right way. Kale, Spinach, and Arugula smoothies are not only loaded with vitamins and minerals but they are also loaded with healthy anti-oxidants which in turns helps you have more energy throughout the day.   • 3 Cups of Packed Baby Spinach, Kale, or Arugula
  • 1 ½ ripe bananas
  • 2 mandarin oranges
  • 6 oz. of fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup of frozen ice

Say what? Yes, pomegranate juice is a wonderful way to kick start your morning and boost your energy all day long. It’s powerful antioxidant properties have been shown to do a number on your energy, and productivity throughout the day. Check out this yummy pomegranate drink recipe:
