The famous “morning coffee” has billions of people around the world relying on it’s caffeinated affects to get them through their morning. Kombucha

This one may not be for everyone, but it sure does have a good track record to keeping your gut healthy, and your energy levels up. If you are not familiar with Kombucha, it is simply fermented tea and it is sold in many grocery stores around the country. This fermented tea is high in Vitamin B, which will in turn help your body product natural energy.

Pomegranate Juice

Say what? Yes, pomegranate juice is a wonderful way to kick start your morning and boost your energy all day long. It’s powerful antioxidant properties have been shown to do a number on your energy, and productivity throughout the day. Check out this yummy pomegranate drink recipe:
