LeanFire XT by Force Factor is a fat burning supplement that is said to boost metabolism, increase thermogenesis, and help burn body fat. It comes in a bottle with 60 capsules, and it will cost around $69.99 per bottle. This supply is meant to last for 30 days give or take depending on if you take 1 or 2 capsules per day. This supplement is sold is many different locations such as Amazon and GNC, so it is easily available to purchase for anyone who is interested.
Force Factor is a company that was started in Boston in 2009 by two men who were on the rowing team at Harvard University. They felt that performance supplements should be available to anyone who wanted them. 105 Commerce Dr. Aston, PA 19014 is the headquarter office for Force Factor.
How Does LeanFire XT Work?
It is a supplement meant to be taken orally one or two times per day depending on how your body is reacting to the thermogenic effects. As stated above, it is supposed to heat up your metabolism to cause fat to burn away in the most stubborn areas. Many fat burners are the same, all touting the same results but this particular fat burner also incorporates in the mind. They quote,
A boost in energy should be paired with improved focus, premium clarity, and peek awareness to be truly useful. And that’s what LeanFire XT is all about.” [[1]
So above just a fat burner, they market that this product improves your focus and clarity too which sets it apart. So how exactly does this pill improve your focus and clarity? With caffeine of course. Each capsule is loaded with about 150 mg of caffeine meant to stimulate your nervous system. With caffeine comes a crash usually, but they coupled the caffeine hit with L-theanine which is supposed to help the highs and lows from the caffeine. [2]
Is LeanFire XT Safe?
This product is safe for the most part, but the reviews have been less than impressive. The common word about Leanfire XT was that it came with side effects such as nausea, hot flashes, cold flashes, jitters, and upset stomach just to name a few. On top of the gnarly side effects not much weight was lost either, which defeats the whole purpose of taking this thermogenic weight cutting pill in the first place. Safe? Sure. Safe for your wallet? That’s up in the air.

Pros and Cons of LeanFire XT
When looking at this product from a 10,000 foot view there seems to be little wrong with it. However, when you take a closer look in you will realize there are more problems than ever before. The price is high, and many people will not be able to afford it. The pills are said to give side effects almost indefinitely which is a real bummer. The weight loss part is up in the air, as many folks noticed more hot flashes than weight loss. Overall, with the side effects and the price point it just seems as if the cons are overtaking the pros.
Conclusion
The company Force Factor wanted to take a different spin on a thermogenic fat burning pill by adding in mental clarity. This is where they may have gone wrong in all respects. The caffeine and the l-theanine mixed together leaves the customer feeling jittery and sick. It may also be from the green coffee bean extract or the green tea leaf extract, but it is apparent that there is a lot of caffeine involved. This product has gotten less than impressive ratings and it is way too expensive to justify it’s poor performance. I would stay away from this fat burning pill, because it has really been poor in actually doing its job and that is to burn fat.
