Do Dieters Lose Weight on the Avesil Diet?
Avesil diet pills contain ingredients such as chromium, green tea, ashwagandha extract, and caffeine. While some of these ingredients are used in supplements that many people take while on a diet or exercise regimen, weight loss due solely to taking pills is not a realistic expectation. Dieters might have some weight loss success while taking Avesil, especially in the short-term, but it will likely be due to nothing more than sheer coincidence.
Is the Avesil Diet Easy to Follow?
Taking a couple pills a day is easy enough, but the website of Avesil makes it difficult to find mention as to how many pills are supposed to be taken and when the best time of the day is to take the pills. After some searching it can be seen that the recommended dosage is twice daily at least a half hour before meals. Although knowing that, there is still no mention of what should be eaten on a daily basis, so knowing what to eat can be challenging.

The makers of Aversil diet pills do make some pretty big claims, but unfortunately it is hard to find proof of such claims, even though the website mentions clinical research. Besides three short testimonials on the home page of the company’s website, there is little else to go off of. The clinical trials that are mentioned are nowhere to be found.
In addition, Avesil uses an old parlor trick by offering a 14-day trial that really isn’t free. In order to fully understand what is being offered, the fine print has to be read carefully. The trial starts as soon as an order is placed and a credit card must be given with the order. If the trial offer is not canceled within the 14 days then the full amount of $89.95 for the product is charged. The charge then becomes recurring on a monthly basis.
To make matters worse, the parent company of Avesil, Green Bracket LLC, is a company with a shady track record. As a matter of fact, the company has an F rating with the Better Business Bureau and to date has over 230 complaints filed against them. As the ingredients that are found in Avesil are nothing special and can be found in many other supplements that cost far less and don’t make outrageous weight loss claims, this product is one that you might want to steer clear of altogether.
