Sample Raw Food Recipe
Serving Size: 4
A Bunch of Spinach
1 Red Bell Pepper sliced
2 stalk of Celery choped
1/2 Red Onion sliced
1 Zucchini choped
2 tsp Sesame Seeds to sprinkle on top
¼ cup Sunflower Seeds
¼ cup Pumpkin Seeds
¼ cup Lemon juice,
3 teaspoons gluten free Soy Sauce
1 clove Garlic
½ tsp fresh grated Ginger
1 tsp Honey (optional)
Arrange spinach on a plate and top with the rest of the ingredients. Mix dressing ingredients together and top the salad, sprinkle sesame seeds. Enjoy!
