Do Dieters Lose Weight On The Dexyfen Diet?
Dexyfen is like any other weight loss supplement in that it should be combined with proper diet and exercise in order to be most effective. While the claims of Dexyfen are indeed great, they will not work if taken alone. Therefore, the activity level and the nutrition level of each individual will play the greatest role in the overall effectiveness of Dexyfen. In addition, much of the weight loss that might come from using this type of diuretic supplement will be water weight. Water weight is easily put back on and if not careful, even more weight can often come on easily.
Is The Dexyfen Diet Easy To Follow?
Dexyfen is a once a day supplement. It is to be taken in the morning on an empty stomach and the recommended dose is not to be exceeded. So, it is easy to take in that regard, but for those looking for guidance in the fitness and/or diet department, they will be out of luck. Dexyfen seems to be for those who already have a diet and fitness plan in place.
Conclusion
Dexyfen costs $75.00 for one bottle that contains 56 capsules. So, one bottle will last a little under two months. Still, that price is not all that inexpensive. The product is only recommended to be taken for eight weeks at a time which is likely why the 56 number is used, as it would equal an eight week supply. The most alarming fact though is that Dexyfen contains two separate stimulants. These stimulants are ones that can irritate, or even agitate certain individuals, disrupt sleep patterns, and even cause a general level of discomfort. So, that combined with the higher price means this supplement is one that may not be worth it. Since there are other supplements that have similar ingredients, without the cost and the two stimulants, it might be best to leave Dexyfen alone.
