- Half a Banana
- 1 Small Apple
- 1 cup Vanilla Ice Cream (Check label to assure that none the ingredients include gluten)
Day 2

- 1 Gluten-Free Tortilla
- Half a Banana
Lunch
- 1 cup Gluten-Free Cottage Cheese (Daisy)
- 1 Hard Boiled Egg
- Quarter-cup Quinoa

- 2 Hot Dogs (Without Bun)
- 1 cup Broccoli
- Half a cup Carrots
- Half a Banana
