Free 3-Day Military Diet Gluten-Free Menu and Shopping List

Seems as though a gluten-free diet has been the trend for quite some time now. There seems to be a gluten-free alternative to just about everything nowadays. This is very beneficial to those who are gluten-sensitive and suffer from celiac disease. Further, many individuals have found that avoiding this substance—found in barley, rye, and wheat—is a way to opt for fresh ingredients, in turn making the weight loss process a tad bit easier. For those reasons, we have created a 3-Day Military Diet menu below that caters to gluten exclusion.

Day 1

Breakfast

  • Half a Grapefruit
  • 2 Rice Cakes
  • 2 Tablespoons Peanut Butter
  • 1 cup Coffee or Tea (with Caffeine)

Lunch

  • Half a cup Tuna
  • 1 Gluten-Free Tortilla
  • 1 cup Coffee or Tea (with Caffeine)

Dinner

  • 3 Ounces Any Type Meat (Shopping list uses chicken)
  • 1 cup Green Beans
  • Half a Banana
  • 1 Small Apple
  • 1 cup Vanilla Ice Cream (Check label to assure that none the ingredients include gluten)

Day 2

Breakfast

  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Gluten-Free Tortilla
  • Half a Banana

Lunch

  • 1 cup Gluten-Free Cottage Cheese (Daisy)
  • 1 Hard Boiled Egg
  • Quarter-cup Quinoa

Dinner

  • 2 Hot Dogs (Without Bun)
  • 1 cup Broccoli
  • Half a cup Carrots
  • Half a Banana
  • Half a cup Vanilla Ice Cream (Check label to assure that none of the ingredients contain gluten)

Day 3

Breakfast

  • 2 Rice cakes
  • 1 Slice Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Small Apple

Lunch

  • 1 Hard Boiled Egg
  • 1 Gluten-Free Tortilla

Dinner

  • 1 cup Tuna
  • Half a Banana
  • 1 cup Vanilla Ice Cream (Check label to assure that none of the ingredients contain gluten)

1 Package Lightly Salted Rice Cakes

1 Jar Peanut Butter

1 (8 oz. +) Container Daisy Cottage Cheese

Coffee

1 (12 oz. ) Can Tuna

1 Package Gluten-Free Tortillas

1 (3 oz. +) Package Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts

1( 8 oz.) Can Green Beans

2 Bananas

2 Small Apples

1 Tub Gluten-Free Vanilla Ice Cream

1 Small Carton Eggs

1 Package Quinoa

1 Package Hot Dogs

1 Head Broccoli

1 Bag Baby Carrots

1 Package Cheddar Cheese Slices
