  1. I have been on the diet now for 23 days and I lost 7.8 lbs and 2 inches off my belly and butt. I do agree its not the easiest but well worth it. I feel better and even look better. I haven’t exercised at all. I do plan to start tho because I want to keep going and lose more. I just love the smoothies everyday for breakfast. They taste so good and keep you full with 20 grams of protein (only 281 calories). I didn’t make all the food that they said. I kept to the lean meats and lots of vegies. I am not much of a snacker but the snacks are tasty. I do miss my coffee and creamer in the morning. I started drinking tea with the maple syrup. Organic maple syrup is your “sugar” …..its very good and all you need is a teaspoon or two. I figured if my mom could lose the weight at 72 — so could I — thanks Liz :))
