However, the weight loss that occurs, and any weight loss for the long haul, would depend on each individual. Basically, it would depend on whether or not each individual keeps up with their nutrition and fitness regimen and whether or not they continue to use 7-Keto supplements.
Is the 7-Keto Diet Easy to Follow?
7-Keto supplements typically come in pill form. Products that feature 7-Keto as a main ingredient will all have their own recommended dosage. However, this is where taking 7-Keto can be confusing. There is some argument as to what dosage is both safe and effective. This is further complicated as some may react better to a supplement with 7-Keto than others. Still others may have adverse effects with it. So, the bottom line is, using 7-Keto might and might not be easy depending on each individual’s body and their reaction to the supplement.
There are a fair number of products that now feature 7-Keto as a main ingredient. While prices will obviously vary, 7-Keto is not too outrageously priced at around $25 to $30 for a one month supply.
The biggest concern with 7-Keto is safety. Because there has not been a lot of testing that has been done with the supplement, the jury is still out on how safe it actually is. Where one study will come to the conclusion that 7-Keto is safe to use at all times, another will say only in intervals, when another will say not to use it at all. So, the use of this type of supplement might be a gamble in regards to safety, which is a gamble that some people may not be willing to take.
