SlimAdvocare Slim is a weight loss management product that is mass produced by the marketing company called AdvoCare International. This product is said to support weight loss and suppress your appetite with energy and metabolic enhancers.* As said on the website: “AdvoCare Slim® combines green coffee extract and garcinia cambogia fruit extract to support weight management in combination with a healthy lifestyle.* AdvoCare Slim® also contains chromium; an essential trace element involved in the metabolism of carbohydrates, lipids, and proteins which primarily increases the efficiency of insulin.”*

Ingredients Of The AdvoCare Slim Supplement:

Thiamine, Biotin, Chromium, Green coffee extract (fruit – Coffea canephora robusta P.), Garcinia Cambogia fruit extract, Taurine, Caffeine, and Inositol.

As advised on the website, pregnant or nursing women should not be taking this supplement, and people who are sensitive to caffeine should not take it either.* Always consult a doctor before taking this supplement. Some side effects have been dizziness, dehydration, nausea, and headaches when taking this supplement.

Do Dieters Lose Weight On AdvoCare Slim?

This diet drink comes with 14 servings, which will last you only 1 week. You are advised to take 2 servings per day before a meal, which means this product is already extremely costly. For around $30.00 a box, this supplement will be costing you in the hundreds per month to see any weight come off. This does not include the extra cost of the other AdvoCare supplements that are recommended to go along with it. Dieters seemed to like the apple pear flavor of the drink, but many said that it did little to nothing for their weight loss goals. It is quite a shame because of how spendy this product really is at the end of the day. Be aware before you purchase.

Is AdvoCare Slim Easy To Follow?

As stated on the website: “Combine contents of stick pack with 8oz of water. For maximum effect, consume the contents of two stick packs daily. Consume one serving 30-45 minutes before breakfast. Consume the second serving approximately two hours after lunch, preferably mid-afternoon.”* Overall the process of this does not seem too hard, but the side effects are what get people. There is a high level of caffeine in this product, so no wonder it promotes energy. This product is not going to be easy to sustain in the long term simply because of the price tag that is attached to it each week.

While many customers liked the flavor of the apple pear, they did not love the side effects and the price tag that came along with the product itself. It did not seem to give unbelievable results, which has me thinking this product is just another part of AdvoCare’s marketing plans. All in all, the side effects of the caffeine and the ingredients that are not proven to help you lose weight are all present with AdvoCare’s Slim line. Save your money and time by avoiding this product as the results are too inconsistent to be promoted as a possible weight loss solution.
