AdvoCare ThermoPlus Review

ThermoPlus is a weight loss product marketed by the company AdvoCare. This product is said to be a weight loss enhancer that contains botanical extracts to help support the metabolism and suppress your appetite.* On the bottle it will give you the main functions of the product, but many of them seem too good to be true. The first is the promise that this product will help promote your energy levels and fat oxidation by telling your body to turn its own fat into energy (I wish it was that easy).* Secondly, the company claims this product supports a healthy metabolism and suppresses your appetite.*

The Ingredients Inside Of ThermoPlus:

  • Thiamine (as HCl)
  • Niacin (as niacinamide)
  • Sage extract (leaf – Salvia officinalis)
  • Oolong tea extract (leaf – Camellia sinensis)
  • Guarana extract (seed – Paullinia cupana)
  • Gelatin
  • Rice flour
  • Magnesium stearate
  • Caffeine up to 40-50 mg

No one under 18 years is directed to use this supplement, nor are pregnant or nursing women.

For one bottle of ThermoPlus you are going to pay $31.95 plus shipping, and it comes with 90 capsules. Quote from the website: “ThermoPlus works well as a standalone weight-loss product and as an add-on support for a weight management program when used with an AdvoCare Metabolic Nutrition System.”* This does not surprise me that they piggyback their other supplements off of one another on the website.

Do Dieters Lose Weight On AdvoCare ThermoPlus?

There have been many dieters say that this product makes them thirsty, as well as has a nasty taste initially. Because of the thirst, it promotes more fluid intake (hopefully of water), which in turn has you losing water weight. The product as a whole got an overall “They were okay, and didn’t make me feel much different but everyone is different” review. This is an expensive bottle of capsules to have this kind of turn out from customers and dieters alike.

Is AdvoCare ThermoPlus Easy To Follow?

The instructions on the bottle are as follows: For ages 18 and older.

Take one capsule daily 30 minutes before a meal.

May be taken in conjunction with any of the Metabolic Nutrition System color packets. This does not specify how many pills a day you have to take? One with each meal, or just one per day? The overall feel of the supplement is simple either way, since you are just taking a pill that is meant to suppress your appetite. It is the other costs of the additional add on products from AdvoCare, which is where they make their money.

This product is just another supplement that is not special to anyone really seeing weight loss results. All in all, the customer feedback was weak, which didn’t really surprise me to say the least. The product is rather expensive for what you are actually getting, and the bad taste alone has me worried about the probability of being able to stick with taking the entire bottle of 90 capsules. Go ahead and take the risk if you want to be thirsty and see minimal results from AdvoCare’s expensive ThermoPlus weight loss supplement.
