The Beachbody 3-Day Refresh is meant to get a person back on track and feeling good during their weight loss journey. The program is only meant to last three days (hence the name) and it has been said to get people feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. The program is meant to detox, cleanse, and support your metabolism in a healthy way that promotes weight loss.* You will be taking three shakes a day, a fiber drink, 3 small meals, fruits and veggies, and water throughout the day.
Your diet will consist of just shakes pretty much, so beware and try to get a sample of the Shakeology and or the 3-day refresh vanilla if you do not know if your body will like it or not. For three days you will spend an upwards of $70.00 with a 30-day money back guarantee. They did not provide any insight to the ingredients in their shakes, which already has me a little worried. Because Beachbody is notorious for over billing, and auto shipping product to customers always read the fine print.
Do Dieters Lose Weight On The Beachbody 3-Day Refresh?
There was a complete mix of reviews regarding the 3-Day Refresh, with a majority of the reviews giving the program 1 stars only. Ouch. Many reported that the shakes made them feel sick to their stomachs (which is the entire cleanse pretty much). There were others that stated the fruits and vegetable servings were so small, there was no point in even teasing yourself with it. Finally, there were reviews saying the program only made them feel ill (a lot of customers complained of suffering from constipation), and they did not really see any changed in the 3-days, and they felt as if they lost out on $70.00 because the return process is so difficult with Beachbody.
Is The Beachbody 3-Day Refresh Easy To Follow?
No, this is not easy to follow for many reasons. The restrictive caloric intake (less than 900), which has left many, people feeling weak and dizzy, did not help its popularity. The fiber shake is grainy and gritty which can make you want to run away after just one sip. The overall consensus is that the products you have to consume while doing this three day detox are disgusting and not worth all of the time, energy and money. If you ask me, this is not easy to follow at all.
Overpriced, and under promising is what this diet will leave you with. There is so much at risk when you purchase the 3-Day Refresh that it might not be worth it at the end. There were too many reports of sickness, as well as a poor grade on the taste and texture of the shakes. There were also a few reports of the products being expired when the customer received them in the mail, which is not acceptable at all. Good luck getting your money back, as the customer service is a nightmare to work with. Lastly, when a company ships out expired products, it is a sure fire way to know the product is not selling as fast as it needs to. Red flag. I would say pass this detox up for another more qualified and renowned.
