Update: Aug 08, 2019
Can’t go wrong with Marshmallow Fluff!
We have all been there and wanted to dive into the frosting container, which leaves us with that sugary gritty feeling left on our teeth and an upset stomach. Whether you are eating frosting plain, or on top of a cupcake or cookie it is loaded with calories and fat. Those same calories are the culprits behind unhealthy weight gain and sugar spikes. In just two tablespoons of regular frosting there is 100 calories, 15 grams of sugar, and 5 grams of fat! On the flip side, for two tablespoons of marshmallow fluff you are sitting at no fat, 6 grams of sugar, and 40 calories!
Simple compromises like this one that are equally delicious will save you fat and calories in the long run! Next time you are tempted to buy frosting at the grocery store try out Marshmallow Fluff instead!
