CTS360 diet supplements are made up of a wide variety of supposed fat burning ingredients and are said to help those who use it lose significantly more weight over the course of its use. The supplements are put out by a company called Complete Nutrition based out of Omaha, Nebraska and while available in a wide variety, the most popular according the company is the CTS360 Clinical Kit, which consists of three different types of supplements. The supplement we are analyzing today along with the clinical kit is the CTS360 Maximum, as this is the diet pill and fat loss pill that the company primarily sells. When looking into their Better Business Bureau records, I was unable to find them accredited. See it here.
According to the company website, if participants take any of their supplements each day then they will lose belly fat in just 12 weeks.* CTS360 Maximum is made up a wide variety of ingredients, some of which have been shown effective in the fight against weight loss, but the company contends that their proprietary blend makes weight loss a sure thing. The ingredients in the CTS360 Diet Pill Maximum are: Niacin, Caffeine Anhydrous, L-Tyrosine, Siberian Ginseng Root Extract, Green Tea Leaf Extract, Raspberry Ketones, Yohimbe Bark Extract, Beta-Phenylethylamine, Gingko Biloba Leaf Extract, Dandelion Root Extract, Bacopa Monnieri, Theobromine, Synephrine HCI, L-Alpha-Glycerylphosphorylcholine, Sulbatiamine, and Hordenine HCI.
Do Dieters Lose Weight On The CTS360 Diet?
Dieters using CTS360 diet supplements like Maximum may in fact lose some weight, but it is not substantial and it is most definitely not for the long term. However, any weight loss that might occur in the amount that is promised will only come if drastic changes to diet and exercise are also made. While some of the ingredients that the CTS360 diet supplements contain, such as Green Tea Leaf Extract, have been shown to aid in weight loss, the ingredients alone cannot guarantee a significant amount of weight to be lost. There are unfortunately not any outside reviews easy to find from customers who have taken the CS360 Diet pills, which does not surprise us because many times outside reviews will only hurt their business in the long run.
Is The CTS360 Diet Easy To Follow?
Using CTS360 diet supplements are easy. Simply add them to your daily routine and take them the recommended number of times each day and weight loss is said to come. As long as a participant remembers to take their daily dosage, they are in the clear.* On the package the recommended daily usage is: “Take 1 capsule in the morning and 1 capsule in the afternoon with food and 6-8 oz. of water.” Side effects have been noted to be: jitters, insomnia, anxiety, and headaches due to the amount of stimulants in the pill.
However, those who know little to nothing about fitness and nutrition may find that a regimen that includes these diet supplements is not as easy as it is supposed to be. While the taking of the supplement is easy enough, knowing about the rest of the weight loss equation can be difficult and there is no guidance given with the supplements. If you are an athlete taking this supplement, the company released a notice that says, “Any person who participates in sports and/or any other competitor in sports who is subject to the WADA – Anti-Doping Code, or is subject to similar codes or other rules regarding the use of supplements in sports, should not use this product. Users are responsible to consulting with a medical provider and reviewing all ingredients prior to use. Users are responsible for complying with all laws and codes regarding participation in sports. “*
CTS360 diet supplements sound great, but to date, there is no magic weight loss pill that can be taken in order to lose weight. Therefore, the claims that the company makes in reference to such dramatic weight loss is likely one that is blown well out of proportion. In addition, these diet supplements are not cheap. Though it is tough to find prices online, there are several sources that state the most popular package, the CTS360 Clinical Kit, runs around $150 for a two month supply. All for supplements that may or may not work and ingredients that can be readily found in a number of over-the-counter supplements for a lot less money.
This clinical kit comes with three different supplements: The Activate, The Tone, and The Motivate. These are also very confusing supplements to use with no clear path on how they are going to better your weight loss goals. The CTS360 Maximum pill as analyzed is off the grid with no pricing attached as the product is currently not being sold in any stores. Overall this product is not impressive when it comes to actually losing weight, and keeping it off long term. The customers are not speaking highly or at all of this product, so why should we care to buy it?
