Extreme Fit 180 Review

extreme fit review

Extreme Fit 180 is a fat burning supplement that supposedly helps you cut down your cravings for unhealthy foods that cause weight gain. The brand itself is Extreme Fit 180, and the product comes in a bottle with 60 capsules for around $33.00. This fat burning supplement contains pure garcinia cambogia and it is supposed to be a carb blocker as well as an appetite suppressor. It contains 60% HCA, which is said to be the highest amount you can purchase. The company claims that it is 100% safe and all natural supplement when combined with a healthy nutritional program, but there are always side effects when taking a supplement such as this so just be aware. The supplement is sold is many general stores both in retail locations and online.

How Does The Extreme Fit 180 Supplement Work?

Extreme Fit 180 reviewAccording to the company,

“Extreme Fit 180 Garcinia Cambogia is an all natural extract shown to suppress your appetite, burn fat while maintaining your lean muscle mass, and increase fat loss 3x more than diet and exercise alone. Extreme Fit 180 Garcinia Cambogia helps to prevent the enzymes in your body from turning carbohydrates into these fat cells.”

The product is somewhat easy to use, as you only take 2 capsules on an empty stomach 30-60 minutes before you eat a main meal. It is best to hydrate fully with an entire glass of water.

The company also states,

“Extreme Fit 180 Garcinia Cambogia – works by helping the body block the fat storing enzymes and eliminating fat storage and boosts fat burning metabolism causing more fat to be pulled from fat storage deposits on the body and eliminating them. In addition HCA (the active ingredient) helps to increase natural levels of serotonin and so helps to reduce appetite and problems with feeling hungry.”

Many who are familiar with garcinia cambogia know that it does come with side effects, and it is not always effective for everyone. This particular supplement contains 60% HCA (hydroxycitric acid). Supposedly stops an enzyme that usually signals the transformation of glucose into fat. As with anything however, results are not always guaranteed.

The Bottom Line: This is an easy supplement to take: two capsules per day. HCA has not always been effective, so keep that in mind when looking into the risks versus rewards.

Pros and Cons of Extreme Fit 180

Plain and simple this supplement comes with side effects which is a con right off the bat. Some people experience light effects and others more serious.

Side Effects Can Be:

  • Dizziness
  • Overexcitement
  • Brain Fog
  • Skin Rashes
  • Liver Damage
  • Headaches

Other cons are the fact that this product is essentially marketed as a quick fix solution for weight loss. Most people know that a good diet and exercise are really important for seeing success too. A pro is the “simple” factor that Extreme Fit 180 comes with, because taking a simple diet pill each day is really not hard to do. For those looking for a simple appetite curb, this might be a good option but it will be only for short term results.

Many of those who have tried it out commented that they did not see a single pound lost, which didn’t surprise me very much. Those who did see results, those results did not come without some side effects along the way.

The Bottom Line: There are more cons with this HCA supplement, and the cost is not appealing either.

This is your basic, average, run of the mill HCA pill. There is nothing that sets it apart from the other HCA pills out there today. The product contains calcium, chromium, potassium, and obviously the garcinia cambogia so there is nothing special in the formula. There is more coming out about the dangers of excessive HCA.  All in all there are more cons than pros, with very minimal positive weight loss stories attached. The whole point of trying these pills out is to see weight loss, so this is a definite concern!
