However, the whole idea behind the Fat Flush Plan is to stop ingesting things that are bad for you and only intake things that are good for you. The Fat Flush Plan book harps on points like how important it is to get enough sleep, drink enough water, and eat right. However, since this is all common knowledge, you can save your money and look elsewhere for a more comprehensive weight loss plan.
