Fat Flush Plan Diet Review

Fat Flush Plan Diet Review
Reading Time: 2 minutesThe Fat Flush Plan is a book written by Ann Louise Gittleman Ph.D., who contends that the book outlines a plan in which one can totally cleanse the liver of all toxins. By doing so, Gittleman says that the liver can then function as it should, which is as a fat burning machine.

The Fat Flush Plan is a three-phase plan. Phase one has a dieter detoxify themselves by ridding their livers of toxins like alcohol, caffeine, and even medications like birth control. Also in this first phase is the implementation of a diet consisting almost exclusively of fruits, with some vegetables and proteins. The second and third phases gradually allows some foods, like brown rice and dairy, back into the equation. At the end of the cycle, the liver is then ready to function properly and weight loss will have already occurred, with the promise of more to come.*

Do Dieters Lose Weight On The Fat Flush Plan Diet?

With the way in which the Fat Flush Plan is structured, weight loss should occur. However, this comes as a result of eating almost all fruits and other light foods for a good portion of the diet plan. This means a severe reduction in calories, which will likely lead to short-term weight loss. Long-term weight loss would be harder to achieve, as a dieter would gain a good deal of weight back as soon as they went back to a more normal diet.*

Is The Fat Flush Plan Diet Easy To Follow?

The Fat Flush Plan will not be easy to follow. First, there is the very restrictive diet that must be followed, which means plenty of cravings with which to deal; then, there is what has to be given up. Alcohol is a no-no while on the Fat Flush Plan, and that can be a hard thing for anyone with an active social life to totally give up. Caffeine is also on the list, which means those used to a morning cup of coffee can look forward to the side effects of cutting caffeine out cold turkey, such as headaches.

Conclusion

The Fat Flush Plan book is only about $20 and there are now supplements, shakes, and cookbooks dedicated to the diet plan. However, the whole idea behind the Fat Flush Plan is to stop ingesting things that are bad for you and only intake things that are good for you. The Fat Flush Plan book harps on points like how important it is to get enough sleep, drink enough water, and eat right. However, since this is all common knowledge, you can save your money and look elsewhere for a more comprehensive weight loss plan.
