Fluidity is an entire fitness program that was designed and created by fitness guru Michelle Austin. Using her 20 plus years in the fitness industry she first created the Fluidity bar and then the entire Fluidity system.
The Fluidity system combines strength training, using the specially designed bar, and a three step detox weight loss system. The exercises are only required to be done twice per week for thirty minutes per session and when followed properly dramatic weight loss is promised.* To aid in the results, the Fluidity system comes with DVDs that show various routines that can be done in order to lose weight and get the body toned up.
Do Dieters Lose Weight On The Fluidity Diet?
The Fluidity program is one that combines nutrition and exercise, though not to a very significant degree. As long as a dieter follows the program verbatim there should be some weight loss that occurs at least in the short-term. This will be especially true if the dieter is coming from a stagnant point in their life where they had no activity and have been eating all the wrong things.
However, long-term success would all depend on the individual dieter. Should the dieter stop the exercises and then go back to unhealthy habits after awhile, then some or all of their weight loss will be given right back.
Is The Fluidity Diet Easy To Follow?
The Fluidity system is one that requires a level of dedication in order to undertake. The detox has to be done a certain way and the exercises, while only having to be done twice a week, do have to be done. Those who do not have a strong resolve or who are not used to any level of working out, might have a hard time with Fluidity.
The Fluidity seems to be a pretty complete program and if followed properly there would likely be some results. While the results on the website are very dramatic they should not be expected as there is fine print that says those results are not typical. But, results should be expected at least to a slight degree as the program will see participants forming better overall health habits.
If there is one major drawback with the Fluidity system, it is the price. While there is a trial offer that is available, the entire package will still run nearly $500 making it too rich for many people’s taste.
