Forever Living Forever Garcinia Plus Review

Forever Garcinia Plus is a weight loss product by Forever Living that is meant to help aid you in your weight loss journey.* On the website it explains the supplement as a dietary supplement that contains ingredients that may help with weight loss. This is not a very confident statement made by the company; they must be trying to cover their backs in case the supplement really does not do it’s job. Garcinia Cambogia is seen as a natural appetite suppressant, and this supplement contains it as one of the main ingredients.* What is odd to me is the lack of insight into the rest of the ingredients in this supplement. It is nowhere to be found on the website. It seems as if this is the only ingredient present in the Forever Garcinia Plus supplement.

Do Dieters Lose Weight On Forever Garcinia Plus?

A while back, Dr. Oz did a segment on the effects of Garcinia Cambogia on the body regarding weight loss and pushed the sales of products that contained the substance. Now, as many people know, the show has become a little bit of a marketing ploy (aka not everything that is sold or promoted by Dr. Oz is actually legit). However, this product has given some people success while other people’s bodies did not feel the difference when taking the supplement. It was a complete split of people who said it actually curbed their appetite, to those who said it was a complete waste of money.

Is Forever Garcinia Plus Easy To Follow?

The instructions on the website are as follows: Take one or two soft gels three times daily, preferably 30-60 minutes before meals.

  • Forever Garcinia Plus® is suitable for any metabolism, fast or slow. It is not necessary to adjust the suggested amount per body size or weight.*
  • While Garcinia is safe, pregnant or lactating women should not take it.*
  • You should consult with your physician prior to taking Garcinia, particularly if you have high blood pressure, diabetes, heart, liver or kidney disease.*

This is not extremely difficult as you can already tell, which is why it may or may not work for you.

This supplement is another way for Forever Living to make a quick dime because the natural ingredient Garcinia Cambogia has been linked to the weight loss industry in more ways than one. It is not proven to help you lose the weight and keep it off, but it has been said to curb appetites and cravings which in turn results in some weight loss up front. Obviously you cannot rely on taking this pill for the rest of your life if you want to lose weight, which is why some people use it as a kick-starter to their weight loss journey. Others did not see any changes when taking it, so they went on their way and tried another product. There was word of Forever Living not offering any sort of refund for their products, so be mindful of that if you decide to purchase. For one bottle of the Forever Living Forever Garcinia Plus it will cost around $20.00 with shipping and handling.
