Half Day Diet Review 2019 - Rip-Off or Worth To Try? Here is Why..

Half Day Diet Review
Reading Time: 3 minutesNate Miyaki founded the Half Day Diet in 2015, which makes this company less than credible from the get go, due to its short time on the market. The basic overview of this diet is set on the notion that you can implement dieting into half of your day, while ignoring the other half of your day in diet terms. Once you implement a healthy diet to only half of your day, it is essentially tricking your body into burning fat the entire day even if you consume carbs. Nate’s promise to his customers is to eat carbs, yet lose weight fast.* He aims to educate customers about when to be on a low-carb diet, and at what points in the day they can consume carbs by purchasing his digital book and following the three pillars:

  • Macro-Optimization: During this pillar, you will learn how to strategically tweak your consumption of proteins, fats, and carbs by eating these foods in the right amounts at the right times of the day.*
  • Customization: This pillar is set on the idea that no one diet will work for everyone. During this pillar the customer is to set up their nutritional intake to best fit their personal needs.*
  • Evolution: This is the final pillar once you start to see weight drop away, and you will need to start to follow the Half Day Diet’s protocol and template services (extra cost perhaps?). These services will allow you to tweak your nutritional intakes, goals, and an overall plan that will grow with your progress.*

The program seems quite involved, and it only comes in a digital format, which is not conducive to the masses. With its cost being $20.00, you better believe that once you sign up for this program, you are going to get hit with many “additional” charges you never saw coming. With their 60-day money back guarantee and little to no customer support (only e-mail, no phone), it might make getting your money back rather hard. The website screams scam, with its long pitches and PS, PPS, PPPS taglines at the bottom. I have seen this before, and it makes me want to run for the hills.

Do Dieters Lose Weight On The Half Day Diet?

This new digital book – and its website – has purposely made purchasing the book exclusive only to protect itself from negative reviews. When you can’t find any negative reviews, it means the company has protected itself by only selling it on their own website. A simple red flag is simply that Nate Miyaki is a trainer in the Silicon Valley, and uses his premium pull to advertise on his website. There are obviously before and after pictures shown, but I was not convinced this diet program really changes the lives and the weight of the individuals who purchase it. There is no scientific evidence provided as to why Nate’s formula is seen to work (other than his personal credentials). With little to no testimonials on the actual website, no customer service number to physically call, and no outside testimonials, this product seems like a real risk.*

Is The Half Day Diet Easy To Follow?

This is merely a digital e-book and nothing more, making the program rather difficult to wrap your mind around and follow completely. A lot of the information given to the reader is personal opinion, as well as trial and error, which makes for a frustrating and long road to weight loss success. The website simply spends most of its time selling you on why this book is unlike anything else on the planet, and is the be-all-end-all to weight loss problems. It doesn’t give the customer a realistic expectation of time frames, cost, and maintenance goals when it is all said and done. I have seen many products like this before, and they are all on a get rich quick path, which usually ends with the customer getting the short end of the stick. No thanks.

Conclusion

This digital e-book came onto the scene in 2015, leaving it with a short track record of success. There are no social media tabs on the website, which means there is no support system to turn to once you’re reading the book. There is no exercise regime attached to the program, and there are more ways to “beat the diet” system, which does not promote a healthy lifestyle when it is all said and done. For example, Nate sells books along with the Half Day Diet plan that promote the consumption of alcohol and eating out at restaurants. You can’t purchase this e-book anywhere else because they do not want to expose the product actually not working to the masses. I would call this book another get rich quick scheme, and would not recommend you waste your time, money, and energy trying to purchase it.*
