Ingredients
- 4 Eggs
- ¼ teaspoon Cream of Tartar Powder
- ½ Cup of Powdered Erythritol
- 1 ¼ Cups Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 Vanilla Bean Pod
Instructions
- Begin by separating the egg whites and the egg yolks into two separate bowls
- Whisk the egg whites and add in the cream of tartar
- Once the egg whites have thickened, slowly add in the powdered Erythritol
- Whisk that mixture until it holds firm when the whisk is removed
- In a separate bowl whisk the heavy whipping cream until the mixture holds softly when the whisk is removed
- Then for the egg yolks, mix them in their own separate bowl with the vanilla bean seeds
- Now that you have all three parts, you will combine them one by one
- Using a spatula, slowly add the whisked egg whites into the whipped cream
- Next, add the egg yolk fixture and just continue to fold the mix slowly with the spatula until it is combined entirely
- Using a loaf pan or any container that can go in the freezer, transfer the mixture
- Freeze the ice cream in the freezer for 2 to 4 hours, then serve. Enjoy!
