This is just hyped up green tea, and other stimulants forced into a pill. If you like green tea, you might as well get the enjoyment of sipping it throughout the day versus just taking a pill three times a day. This product did not have good enough reviews to really impress or convince us to buy it again. For 90 capsules you will spend $15.00 which is not that much, so the monetary risk is not huge at all. The reward may not be huge either so just keep that in mind. Do not put all of your eggs into the Mega-T basket for quick and sustainable weight loss. It sounds like you will be losing more water weight on the toilet than actual sustainable weight (fat) that will be kept off for good.
