The Parisian Diet is actually broken up into three phases, all designed for a specific purpose. The first optional phase is the “Café Phase” which is for quick weight loss and lasts eight to ten days. This phase has the participant consuming almost all liquids. The second phase is the “Bistro Phase” which is three weeks long and has the participant consume a lot of high fiber and high protein foods. The third, and final, phase is the “Gourmet Phase” which is designed to have meals be pleasurable all while leading you to your ideal weight.
Do Dieters Lose Weight on the Parisian Diet?
Dieters who choose to undertake the Parisian Diet are almost certain to lose weight, at least in the short-term.
