Phenplus Review

Phenplus is a diet pill from the global marketing company called BSkinny Global. It is said to control your appetite by minimizing your food cravings. It is also meant to work as a fat burning supplement (or so it is said to be), as well as an energy booster. They claim that this product alone can help you lose a significant (yet unrealistic) amount of weight and keep it off, but does it really work?* The ingredients in Phenplus capsules are: Caffeine Anhydrous, Schisandra, L- Arginine, Beta Alanine, Guarana Seed Extract, Uva Ursi, Capsicum, Garcinia Cambogia, Raspberry Ketone, Green Coffee Bean Extract, and Tribulus Extract. There have been speculations about the site selling false supplements, but that is an entirely different topic at this point in time.* It does spark interest in diving deeper into this supplement however.

Do Dieters Lose Weight With Phenplus?

This review of Phenplus was rather intriguing to say the least, as there were some people who were paid off for their reviews, and then there were others who were plain honest. Sadly, there were individuals who said that the pills made them more hungry and caused them to gain weight when it was all said and done. There are 180 capsules to a bottle, so this is a lot of time to figure out if the product works for you or not! Some of the side effects have been said to be: nausea, headaches, dizziness, no energy, and no results. I would not stand confident behind saying a large majority of dieters actually lose weight while taking the Phenplus diet pill.

Is Phenplus Easy To Follow?

As instructed, you are to take one supplement twice a day with an 8 oz. glass of water. There is a cautionary message on the bottle to all pregnant mothers, as they are not supposed to take this supplement at all. It also suggest that you should consult your primary care physician before taking this supplement especially if you have any underlying medical conditions. It is always best to listen to the manufacturer, because they have a strong insight to what is actually in the capsules you are about to ingest into your body. Overall this is not a difficult protocol to follow when looking to lose weight, but will it be enough to actually sustain the weight loss long term? The reviews were not convincing.

This product has been noted to not work, when it really comes down to it. There is nothing really special about the capsule you are going to ingest. What’s terrifying, is that a large majority of people have said they actually gained weight with this product. For one bottle of 180 capsules you will spend around $30.00 not including shipping. Your health and weight loss does not come that cheap, I am sorry! If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Weight loss takes dedication, commitment, the right supplements, and hard work. Phenplus does not have enough good words from its existing customer base for it to be a convincing weight loss supplement.
