On the website, they claim that multiple studies have been done regarding Prolessa Duo’s effectiveness and its consistency. They do not provide those studies on the website for their customers to take a look at, so what is the deal with their unique set of ingredients claiming to help stave hunger away? The first ingredient is Safflower oil, and it has been noted to be high in Omega-6 acids, which are pro-inflammatory.
According to the Cleveland Clinic Wellness, Safflower oil is an appetite suppressor, and it also has the power to decrease cholesterol levels in the body as well. They say as a warning, “Flower-derived safflower oil is high in omega-6 fatty acids, which are pro-inflammatory. In another study done by NCBI, there were subjects who went through a 36-week study in which they saw if the Safflower oil would significantly reduce their body mass index or adipose mass. They found that supplementation with both SAF and CLA had utterly different effects over a long period of time regarding BMI, lean tissue mass, and trunk and adipose mass with obese postmenopausal women.
All of these women also had type 2 diabetes, and the study found that upon taking these oils, it might just be beneficial in the long run for total weight loss and glycemic control. There have been multiple studies about the effectiveness of these oils in relation to weight loss that is seen after a period of time. The research done by NCBI wanted to prove that the MCT oils were more effective than olive oil regarding overall weight loss in the subjects completing the survey. According to NCBI, there were 31 people who completed the program, and their results showed that the people who consumed MCT oils like Palm oil had better results than those people who consumed olive oil.
The conclusion was, “Consumption of MCT oil as part of a weight-loss plan improves weight loss compared with olive oil and can thus be successfully included in a weight-loss diet.” [5] There was not any word about oat oil in any of the studies when looking into this specific ingredient.

There were no before and after stories regarding Prolessa Duo, which was unsettling and disappointing, to say the least.
The reviews were mediocre, to say the least, and the price tag was extremely high to keep up with over a long period of time. I like the taste when added to a shake. I actually found it to be tasteless. I also noticed a big change in my belly fat got the positive.

I take prolessa and it works for me and it doesn’t have any bad taste. It taste almost like a not so sweet sugar. I do believe it’s pulling the fat out of my body and I see the results and I feel better. It’s about losing the weight but first it’s about how you feel after taking the product . Prolessa isn’t a magic powder. It’s an enhancer to a weight loss program. So if your already working out and eating clean, this WILL help speed up the process. For me personally I have a scale that shows your body fat (highly recommend to get one you can find on amazon). I was able to drop 5% body fat and noticed a big difference with inches lost off my waist. As for the taste, when you add to your herbalife shake it doesn’t taste like anything nor does it mess up the texture. Make sure to use the formula 1 with the protein drink mix.

Yes, it’s a required taste for some. The best way I like it using 2 pumps of salted caramel sugar-free syrup, a good dash of cinnamon, and one scoop of Prolessa. in a hurry I add it to my Herbalife Shake. I’ve lost over 100 lbs and Credit Prolessa Duo for working wonders on my belly Fat. I use warm water too.
