Do Dieters Lose Weight On Purium?
If dieters are looking to join in on the Purium Health Weight loss program, they are more than likely to purchase the 10-Day Transformation Package. The way Purium describes the program is, “The Fastest, Healthiest, Simplest, Least Expensive” way to lose weight but is this true?* For ten days, you are going to spend anywhere from $205.00-$290.00 which is on the expensive side for how short the program is. So what do you get with the program that is going to cost you all this money? All of the products listed below are vegan and are given to you to last for 10 days.
- Power Shake (2 flavors: Apple Berry or Original)
- Super Amino 23 protein
- Apothe-Cherry (pure tart cherry antioxidants)
- Super Cleans R (pure herbal detox blend)
- Super Lytes (pure hydration and electrolytes)
- BPA Shaker bottle
- Tape measure, and gym bag
- 10-Day Transformation Cleanse Schedule OR 10 –Day Lifestyle Transformation
The products have not been evaluated by the FDA, nor have the statements on the website.* While some dieters seem to like the product, it was hard to get an actual read on genuine reviews as many of the “over the moon” reviews were completed by the distributors themselves. There was a mixed bag of “real customers” who suggested that the products did not taste good, therefore they could not stomach them down enough to get through the 10 days.* Be mindful that Amazon does not honor their 60-day money back guarantee so more of the risk falls on the customer.* It has been described as a fad diet, but do with that information what you will. It has been said that 3 weeks makes a habit, therefore 10-days will not be enough time to have you actually create a lifestyle change for the better.
Is Purium Easy To Follow?
The program only lasts for 10-days so it is not going to be that difficult to follow, unless you really can’t stomach the supplements they are giving (then it becomes awful). To see the full spectrum “how to follow the program” click here.
Every 2 hours throughout the entire day you are going to be taking supplements, shakes, and capsules to ensure you get through the supplements in the 10-days. It is a very invasive and high maintenance schedule of when you are to take the shakes and supplements. To see a comprehensive list of the ingredients in the products click here.
Some folks have mentioned that the taste of the shakes are not good and even worse, you are going to be drinking them all day long for 10 days. Before you start the diet you will omit dairy, processed foods, coffee, and meat from your diet 3-5 days before starting. You are allowed to eat “flex foods” which are: apples, avocados, watermelon, berries, celery, cucumber, coconut oil, and kimchi. Approved flex drinks are: Broth, herbal tea, hot water with lemon, or any Purium green drink. To see a list of approved flex meals see this link for some ideas. When you look at this sheet go to pages 8 and 9 to get a better idea of what you are able to eat and drink if you decide to go on the diet.
All in all it has worked for some people, but others it really upset their stomachs and made them never want to drink a “shake” ever again. Do with this information what you will, and best of luck in your dieting adventures!
