Qnexa Review 2019 - Rip-Off or Worth To Try? Here is Why..

Qnexa Review
Reading Time: 3 minutesQnexa is a diet pill targeted toward the obese population with a BMI of 30+ and its formula was brought to market in 2010. The company headquarters are based out of California, and the pill is rather hard to get your hands on for a number of reasons. This is no diet pill for the faint of heart, which is why the FDA declined to approve it to market in 2010 due to its controversial ingredients. The diet pill is known as a combination drug that is made by the company Vivus Inc. The pill is meant to help a person with a BMI Index (Body Mass Index) of 30 or greater, therefore labeling this pill for the obese population, and can only be doctor prescribed. The ingredients in the diet pill are phentermine, which is an appetite suppressant, and topiramate, which is an anti-seizure medication and is known to keep you feeling fuller longer.* The big problem was the mixture of the two ingredients possibly causing heart problems and psychiatric problems, which caused its overall ban from the US Market. Woman who are pregnant are not supposed to take this diet pill, because it has been known to cause birth defects. This diet pill already has me terrified, and it is commonly referred to as a drug rather that a diet pill.

Do Dieters Lose Weight On Qnexa?

Qnexa, also known as Qsymia can only be prescribed by your doctor, because its known side effects can be very serious.* There is warning that an overdose of Qnexa can be fatal, and they provide you with a poison control number to call: 1-800-222-1222 if you overdose. The only way to find Qnexa is through the Vivus Inc. website, and it can only be prescribed by your doctor. There is no real website that markets this product as a weight loss solution, and it seems like a very serious prescription that only your doctor would tell you about. The ingredients have been known to help someone lose weight, but the mixture of the two ingredients can be dangerous which is why this product has not taken to the masses. There are no testimonials, because they are not trying to sell Qnexa in bulk. It is a specialty pill that should not be taken without supervision from a doctor, as any mishaps could lead to serious consequences.*

 Is Qnexa Easy To Follow?

To even get your hands on Qnexa is quite a process in the first place, as it is a serious drug that can give you many negative side effects. Right on the PDF about Qnexa on the website, it directly tells you not to take any pills at night as they could give you instant insomnia. The side effects I am going to name off are very serious, and some of them can be fatal. The known side effects from consuming Qnexa have been seizures, heart fluttering, heart valve problems, insomnia, kidney stones, sleep problems, birth defects, numbness and tingling, as well as blurred vision and headaches.*

There is a laundry list of rules about how long to take Qnexa, and the dosage amounts to ensure safety. For example, you are instructed to take one dose a morning for 14 days, and if your weight has not gone down by 3% the maximum amount of time you are to continue is 12 weeks. However it says after 12 weeks if you have not lost 3% of your body fat to either discontinue, or escalate the dosage.* This is most likely where you doctor will have to come in, as the medication can be extremely fatal if it is overused. The guidelines are rather confusing, which is why the pill is not available to the masses as it can deem very serious consequences if overused.

You will obviously have to consult a doctor before using this product. Qnexa is not your average run of the mill diet pill after taking a deeper look into the brand, and the company itself. Due to the fight back from the FDA, there were clearly red flags within the formulation, which delayed Qnexa from being available to doctors in the United States. Quite frankly, even though Vivus Inc. is able to sell Qnexa to approved sources, it is a dangerous option with many nasty side effects. There is obviously no Facebook page, or support group involved, as this is a drug not a diet pill when it is all said and done. There are many other healthy ways to help one with a BMI of 30+ lose weight, without compromising their life and their health in the process. Adding to the headache, all of the hullabaloo with the FDA has me worried to say the least, and I would just steer clear from this product and the company all together.
