ReFirm Diet Review

ReFirm is a line of weight loss products developed by Complete Nutrition and the company is out of Omaha, Nebraska. Their line of weight loss pills and diet supplements is now being highly touted in one complete kit. This kit contains an AM formula, and a PM formula. When put all together, the makers of ReFirm, Complete Nutrition, claim that they offer the best way in which users can reach their optimal weight. The special kit that is now being sold is said to have the ability to shrink fat cells, burn belly fat, increase energy, increase metabolism, and deliver vital vitamins and minerals to the body.* When looking to contact their customer service department at Complete Nutrition to ask some questions regarding their weight loss kit, they only have a form available and no number. To see the form click here, otherwise you are out of luck getting ahold of a real person.

The AM Formula comes in the form of a white capsule (AM Effective) with less caffeine and stimulants if you are sensitive to them, and a black capsule (AM Enhanced) which is laced with more stimulants. This is the first time I have seen a company give the consumer an option, which was a pleasant surprise because most of the time you do not get to choose. The PM Formula doesn't seem much different, and it is also meant to be taken once a day just like the AM formula. When asked if both AM and PM were necessary for weight loss, their answer was interesting:

If you do not wish to take one of the AM or PM formulas, these are also sold as individual products, and you can get the same weight loss benefits from simply taking the AM formula twice per day or the PM formula twice per day depending on which formula you prefer. “

Do Dieters Lose Weight On The ReFirm Diet?

Users may in fact lose weight with the ReFirm kit, but it is going to be because some of the ingredients that are in the PM formula will almost force it to happen. Ingredients such as Senna, Cascara Sagrada, and Dandelion Leaf are all found in the PM formula. Of these three ingredients, the first two are laxatives and the last one is a diuretic so any weight loss would be water weight for the most part.* Water weight can easily be put back on and there is also a question as to how safe this type of weight loss is. Due to the fact that both AM and PM blends are not necessary for weight loss, it has us questioning the entire kit as effective. As you can see below, there are many similarities between all of the pills, which makes their package almost irrelevant to buy all together.

The Ingredients For the AM Effective: Caffeine Anhydrous, Green Coffee Bean Extract, Garcinia Cambogia, Yerba Mate leaf Extract, b-Phenylethylamine, N-Acetyl-L-Tyrosine, Rasberry Ketones, White Kidney Bean Extract, Cayenne Pepper Fruit, Green Tea Leaf Extract, and Guarana Seed Extract.

The Ingredients For the AM Enhanced: Caffeine Anhydrous, Green Coffee Bean Extract, Garcinia Cambogia, Yerba Mate leaf Extract, b-Phenylethylamine, Rasberry Ketones, Yohimbe Bark Extract, White Kidney Bean Extract, Cayenne Pepper Fruit Extract, Green Tea Leaf Extract, and Guarana Seed Extract.

The Ingredients For the PM Full Body Weight Loss Aid: Green Coffee Bean Extract, Green Tea Leaf Extract, Dandelion Whole Plant Extract, Senna Leaf Extract, Cascara Sagrada Bark Extract, 5-hydroxytrypophan, Ginger Root Extract, and Wakame.

Is The ReFirm Diet Easy To Follow?

Using one of the ReFirm products is not all that hard to do as you are only taking one pill in the morning with 8 oz. of water and 1 pill in the evening with 9 oz. of water. However, when using the recommended kit, there is a lot more that needs to be considered, as they heavily market “exercise” along with the diet pills themselves. They don't really give you more information past this, which doesn't really help a person looking to lose weight out.  Not only are products taken in the day time, but also at night time.

Additionally, some of the products are to be taken with water on an empty stomach and some with food. So, it can be a bit of a daunting, and time consuming, task to try and keep it all straight at the end of the day. The side effects from the pills have been said to be headaches, jitters, rapid heart beat, and restlessness. This is more or less due to the high caffeine content in both the AM pills and the PM pills.

The first red flag with ReFirm products is the fact that some of them include laxatives and diuretics as main ingredients. This type of weight loss is almost always temporary and not always a safe way to go about doing so. But, even looking past that, there is the question of price. Price is not easily found and is nowhere to be found on the official website. Still, there are independent online reports that say the cost of the ReFirm line of products can be anywhere from $40 to $200 per month. For that price, there are a many other supplements on the market today that do not use laxatives and diuretics and can be obtained then combined in the correct manner with a proper diet and exercise routine.

Their social media networks are available to the customer which is a positive, and their posts are up to date with some participation from their followers. Overall, the ReFirm diet pills are rather expensive for not being proven. No where on the website do they show any scientific evidence as to why their product works for weight loss, thus making it a viable product in the weight loss market. It is no where to be seen, along with an absence of real customer testimonials which less us to believe that this product is really nothing special for what you are going to pay.
