Sheer Thermo is known as a fat burning supplement that comes in the form of a bottle, with a very precisely executed marketing plan. They use steep words like “Dare To Compare” and “The Most Potent” etc.* It is known as a Thermo genic fat burner, which to many is just seen as a fad at the end of the day. Thermo genic means that the product is going to heat your body up from the inside to promote your metabolism to get moving (therefore you will hopefully burn fat).* The product can be purchased on Amazon, and many other online outlets for around $29.99-$50.00.
The Ingredients For This Product Are As Noted From The Website:
- Synephrine – Boosts metabolism to burn more calories, and stacks with caffeine for fat loss.*
- Fucoxanthin – Increases metabolic rate and inhibits fat cell proliferation.*
- Yohimbine – Increases adrenaline levels and boosts sex drive.*
- Forskolin – Enhances fat burning effectiveness, protects muscle, and boosts metabolism, while boosting the effectiveness of the stack.*
- Hordenine – Helps maintain adrenaline levels and stacks with 5-HTP. 5-HTP – decreases appetite and reduces cravings.*
- Caffeine – Increases cognitive function and stacks perfectly with hordenine.*
They also have a statement that says, “If you’re not slimmer, fitter, and more alert, we’ll refund you 100% of your purchase price.”* This is nice to know, because I am not sure this product is actually going to work 100% to keep the weight off for good.
Do Dieters Lose Weight On Sheer Thermo?
This product has had a variety of reviews both good and bad from trusted websites like Amazon.com. The bottle comes with 60 capsules and you are to take two capsules in the morning and two in the afternoon. For some, this has caused them to feel extremely caffeinated and jittery, leaving them to back off the dosage significantly. The controversial ingredients are Yohimbe, and Forskolin as Yohimbe is banned in many countries due to the potential to give you cardiac arrest and forskolin can interfere with certain medication.* Please do your research on this before taking. Others were raving about the product, but many of them seemed to be body builders (which was odd). All in all, this product may help jump start your weight loss, but it has a few controversial ingredients that could lead you to some nasty side effects if not taken properly.
Is Sheer Thermo Easy To Follow?
From what the bottle says, you are to take 4 capsules throughout the course of the day. Like I said before, many people thought this was a bit steep so they backed off a bit due to the high caffeine levels. Usually if a product is too good to be true (such as this), likely it is. There is no magic pill like Sheer Thermo that will wipe your weight loss needs away for good. If you are taking blood pressure medication this program will not be easy to follow, as some people have noted that this supplement indeed messes with their blood pressure medication (could be the Forskolin?). Lastly, it made some people feel like they were on a colon cleanse while taking this product, so that in and of itself does not make the process easy for someone to try and lose real weight. Water weight from a diuretic is not considered losing actual weight, as we fluctuate daily with water weight.
This product is very hyped up for what it is actually giving you. Do with it what you will, but a good majority of the people taking this product noticed intestine cramping, bloating, and more frequent trips to the bathroom. I don’t know about you, but I do not have time to experiment with products like this. For crying out loud who wants to be running to the bathroom every second of the day, because of a stimulated pill that is supposed to help you lose weight? This product is marketed very well, so it doesn’t surprise me that the ratings are not terrible. Try at your own risk.
