Slimfy Review

Slimfy is a 3-part weight loss plan with 3 different supplements to be taken during each stage. It has a free trial and an auto bill plan, which can be cancelled.*

Stage 1 Detox part of the plan that helps to flush toxins and provide some weight loss.

Stage 2 Enhanced weight loss stage – speed up metabolism, reduce cravings, help to feel fuller.

Stage 3 Maintenance stage provides elements needed to maintain the weight lost achieved.

The Cycle of all 3 Stages can be repeated as necessary. There are some food recommendations provided but it is not strict or mandatory to follow. General recommendations are to eat healthy and exercise on regular basis. Menus and meal plans however are not provided.*

Do Dieters Lose Weight On The Slimfy Diet?

We have found many customer reviews.

“two hours in the gym 6 days a week , healthy diet, and completed stage 1 and stage 2 …..result ? yes the answer no single pound has been lost or fat lose been noticed” N.N*

“Just finished the 3 stages, I eat healthy, exercise and followed along as instructed but saw NO results. This may work for some but try at your own risk.” Margarita Ortiz*

“This did not work for me. I ordered the trial from their website. After trying stage one and trying 2 pills from stage two decided it was not for me. I was reassured could get refund but was told no when I called. This may work for some but did not work for me. Try at your own risk.” Twilson*

Caffeine, green coffee bean extract 40 milligrams, stage 60 milligrams.

Is The Slimfy Diet Easy To Follow?

Instructions are fairly easy. Besides very limited suggestions for the meals and foods recommended to eat, the pills are to be taken twice a day, 30 minutes before the main meal, could be before breakfast and lunch or breakfast and dinner.*

We like that there is a 90-day money back guarantee but what is not disclosed up front is that there will be 25% restocking charge. We do not like the fact that after the free trial the company implements auto billing system which some times can be difficult to stop as reported by customers. There is caffeine in both Stage 1 and Stage 2 supplements, so people with coffee sensitivities should be careful taking these supplements. The supplements have some good ingredients but all of them despite the media attention in the past have very little evidence in helping losing fat. What is interesting is that even though it is recommended taking 3 different supplements with each Stage all of them look the similar. Possible side effects from the ingredients might include: vomiting, nausea, stomach discomfort, diarrhea, dehydration, anxiety, jitteriness, headaches, and insomnia.* Even though these supplements seems promising from the first glance it is really just another product that has many promises, which simply cannot be delivered without a proper change in the diet.
