Solo Slim Diet Review

Solo Slim is marketed as an all-natural weight loss supplement that is to be taken orally, once per day. According to the makers of Solo Slim, the diet supplement has the ability to help any dieter drastically improve their weight loss goals and do so in an all-natural way. The makers also claim that Solo Slim is unique in the fact that it only needs to be taken once per day, where most diet supplements are to be taken at multiple intervals throughout the day.*

Do Dieters Lose Weight On The Solo Slim Diet?

Solo Slim is meant to be taken in conjunction with proper diet and exercise. So, any weight loss that might come with using Solo Slim will likely be in direct proportion with the user’s nutrition and fitness levels. It stands to reason that proper diet and exercise would make weight loss a sure thing, but Solo Slim supposedly intensifies the results. However, Solo Slim alone will not lead to any weight loss on its own and any that might occur would be purely coincidental.*

Is The Solo Slim Diet Easy To Follow?

As far as weight loss supplements go, Solo Slim is very easy to use. Simply take one supplement every day and that is all. However, there is little mention as to optimal times to take the supplement or even if it should be taken with or without food. It would be assumed that it is best to take it on or around the same time each day with a meal, but again, there is little to no guidance in that department.

Solo Slim costs $39.99 per bottle. Each bottle is designed to last for one month. While the cost is less than many dietary supplements, it is not all that affordable when considering what it contains. The key ingredients of Konjac Glucomannan, Lotus Leaf Flavonoids, Citrus Aurantium Synephrines, Hawthorne Hypersoides, and L-Carnitine are nothing out of the ordinary and are actually quite prevalent in many of the most popular weight loss supplements on the market today.

However, the most concerning factor that comes with obtaining Solo Slim supplements is that of safety. Solo Slim does contain Citrus Aurantium. According to a number of studies, this ingredient can be linked to heart attack and even stroke. Therefore, the risk in taking Solo Slim may not be worth the reward and just goes to show that all-natural does not necessarily mean all-safe.
