The Blue Zones Diet is an interesting book to read, but it offers little in the way of actual nutrition. There is no specific plan to follow and there are no meal plans either; therefore, dieters will be on their own to choose which type of diet highlighted in the book they feel is best for them, and will also be on their own in regards to meal preparations.
