It comes with four parts: Nutritional guidance, Emotional Health overview and suggestions, Movement to help shed more weight, and Supplements to speed up weight loss.* The product website claims that the program can be successful for people regardless of their age, gender, or medical conditions.* There are two different kits to choose from: the less expensive kit the “Transform Food Lover 60 day” can be purchased for $199.99 (includes snack replacement shakes) and the more expensive kit the “Transform On The Go 60 day” for $239.99 (includes meal replacement shakes).

Do Dieters Lose Weight On The Yes! You Can Diet?
Four different kinds of products are included in the kit: protein shakes, cleansing pills, appetite suppressant, and fat burner and body-firming pills. Looking at the ingredients in the fat burner, it looks like it has very few and will hardly do anything to help the body burn fat.* It does contain ingredients with diuretic effects, which can make it seem like you are losing weight when in reality, it’s only water weight.
The appetite suppressant contains ingredients that have not been scientifically proven to work when it comes to suppressing the appetite. When looking into customer reviews, the general consensus is that the product simply did not work for customers.* To top it all off, customers reported there were lists of food given to them that were off limits but no healthy recipes are provided for customers to counter with. Cleanse supplements, however, should not be taken for long periods of time because of possible side effects like diarrhea, constipation, dehydration, water retention, and decrease in electrolytes, as well as muscle cramps, headaches, and gas.*Long term weight loss has not been said to work with this diet, and there is not a whole lotta Latin going on with this diet at the end of the day.
