Your Inner Skinny Diet was developed by New York Times Best Selling author Joy Bauer. The diet itself stems from the book that Bauer wrote by the same name and it covers eating better with a large emphasis on exercising.
The Your Inner Skinny Diet is broken down into four steps which each participant has to complete in order to reach their weight loss goals. These steps are release, relearn, reshape, and reveal. Do Dieters Lose Weight on the Your Inner Skinny Diet?
Dieters who follow the Your Inner Skinny Diet verbatim are bound to lose weight. The diet teaches how to eat better so just the fact that calories will be far less than the typical diet of an out of shape person means some weight loss would likely occur.
However, the real weight loss with the Your Inner Skinny Diet comes with the exercise. The program calls for participants to exercise seven days a week for the first two steps and then a continued minimum of five days per week thereafter. The expected time to be spent on working out is 30-60 minutes per day so that much exercise combined with better eating would certainly add up to weight loss.
