Shakeology is a program that was created by Beachbody, LLC. They offer a line of shakes (hence the name) marketed to meet nutritional standards and assist with weight loss. To find out more about the program visit here. When it comes to Shakeology, there are multiple flavors to choose from. Although they do not offer any certified gluten-free products, they do have three vegan powders. These vegan powders come in the flavors of chocolate, vanilla, and tropical strawberry, and café latte.

1. Vegan Strawberry Shakeology Shake

  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1 Cup Ice
  • 1 Scoop Tropical Strawberry Vegan Shakeology
  • 2 Tbsp. Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp. Pure Maple Syrup


  1. In a blender, combine the water, ice, Vegan Tropical Strawberry Shakeology, lemon juice, and pure maple syrup.
  2. Blend the ingredients until smooth. Enjoy!

2.Vegan Strawberry Mojito Shake



  • 1 Cup Sparkling Water
  • 1 Cup Ice
  • 1 Scoop Tropical Strawberry Vegan Shakeology
  • 3 Tbsp. Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1 tsp. Finely Grated Lime Peel
  • 2 Tbsp. Fresh Chopped Mint Leaves
  • Garnish: Fresh mint sprig & Strawberry slice


  1. In a blender, combine ½ of the cup of sparkling water, vegan tropical strawberry shakeology, lime juice, lime peel, and mint. Blend well.
  2. Once blended, pour into a large glass and add the remaining ½ cup of sparkling water.
  3. Mix well and then garnish. Enjoy!

  1. In a blender, combine the almond milk, ice, Café Latte Vegan Shakeology, and caramel extract.
  2. Blend these ingredients until smooth.

4.Vegan S’mores Shake

  • 1 Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 1 Cup of Ice
  • 1 tsp. Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Scoop Chocolate Vegan Shakeology
  • 2 tsp. Ground Whole Wheat Graham Cracker Crumbs


  1. In a blender, combine the almond milk, ice, vanilla extract, Chocolate Vegan Shakeology, and 1 tsp. of the graham cracker crumbs in the blender.
  2. Pour the shake into a glass and garnish with the other tsp. Of graham cracker crumbs. Enjoy!
